“Every employee we interacted with was kind, helpful, and made a tough trip better. All very patient, kind, and pleasant to talk to. They put my dad and I in rooms roght next to each other without us having to ask. The hotel rooms were very nice and looked and smelled very clean. I did hear someone in the room above me a little bit, sounded like they were moving furniture, but overall my stay was pleasantly quiet. I loved that in room 103 I had a back door that opened up to the pool. Didn't use the pool since it's December, but I enjoyed being able to get fresh air. My only complaint is the shower was pretty hot and hard to make it just be warm. My room had a fridge that worked very well, pull out bed couch, pull out desk, tons of space, coffee maker with dark roast coffee and some sugar/stir sticks/fake sugar/nondairy creamer powder, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower, makeup remover wipes, and there's a $6 bottle of water (you can get cups of ice cold water in the lobby). I did see they had a guest laundry room as well. There's a gym right next to the hotel, and several little food and coffee spots (the Sunrise Bagels has the best croissants I've ever had!). Easy to get to the highway. I'd stay there again, for sure.”

“Stayed here for a weekend. The location is great! It's close to a supermarket and has lots of options for eating out. Across the street you have Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park. I'm surprised they don't list this place as an attraction. Had I known, I would have packed trail walking shoes. Aside from the trails, I really appreciated the amazing water pressure during my showers!”
